UNESCO Chair on Digital Cultural Heritage MNEMOSYNE
at the Cyprus University of Technology

Unlocking ancient wonders: 3D scanning unearthed Cypriot relics in Sweden, now poised for a digital rebirth through 3D printing, preserving our heritage in a new light.

This pioneering project, spearheaded by UNESCO Chair on Digital Cultural Heritage MNEMOSYNE in cooperation with the Medam_Lab and EOCult_Lab at the Cyprus University of Technology.

The first object was reconstructed at CUT and reproduced using the 3D printer of CUTing Edge under the management of the mechanical engineering student @socas_nic from Cyprus University of Technology, guided by professors Marinos Ioannides and Petros Siegkas.
