The European Heritage Awards / Europa Nostra Awards 2025 are open for submissions!
This is your chance to present your outstanding actions in cultural heritage and compete for the most important awards in this field in Europe.
The Awards recognize outstanding achievements in the protection, conservation, research and promotion of cultural heritage, covering a wide range of categories and types of projects – from tangible to intangible heritage.
Applications can be submitted in one of the following five categories of Cultural Heritage:
- Retention and Custom Reuse
- Research
- Education, training and skills
- Citizen participation and awareness
- Champions of cultural heritage
The Awards were launched in 2002 by the European Commission and have been organized by Europa Nostra ever since. The European Cultural Heritage Awards / Europa Nostra Awards are supported by the Creative Europe program of the European Union.
