As a follow-up to the official visit of H.E. Borut Pahor the President of Slovenia to Cyprus in March 2022, the Attaché of the Slovenian Embassy Mrs Ana Germ paid an official visit to the UNESCO Chair on Digital Cultural Heritage and the newly established Research Centre MNEMOSYNE at the Cyprus University of Technology / Τεχνολογικό Πανεπιστήμιο Κύπρου.
Discussions during the visit focused on Cultural and Science Diplomacy, emphasising the role of education, research, and innovation in building stronger bridges between nations. The meeting also explored the continuation of our joint cooperation with Slovenian universities, research institutions, and industrial entities, paving the way for new collaborative projects and knowledge exchange initiatives.
The visit once again highlighted the deep and growing ties between Slovenia and Cyprus, and our shared commitment to innovation, research, and sustainable development.
