First School on Smart Data Processing and Systems of Deep Insight
Description of the event
The school was part of the H2020 DESTINI project’s dissemination and communication strategy, which was organized and structured to demonstrate different topics within the project’s Joint Research Activities (JRAs). The school aimed to share knowledge and project outcomes in order to facilitate discussions and exchange ideas between researchers, industrial and business stakeholders, governmental and decision-making bodies and the general public.
The five-day long training activity was divided into two sections: The first section lasted three days and addressed University’s faculty members, project stakeholders and the general public. The second section lasted two days and was entirely dedicated to research topics, and addressed faculty members, PhD/MSc Students and researchers.
Involvement and mission
The ERA Chair holder, presented the Mnemosyne project focusing on the unique research agenda of the project and its contribution in education, research, innovation and development. Roughly 100 participants were actively involved in this event.
